On April 13, Feng Fei, Secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, met with Matthew Growdon, President of Asia Pacific and Travel Retail Worldwide at the Estée Lauder Companies in Haikou. Growdon and his delegation are visiting Hainan for the 6th China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE).
